The company LED-SOLAR, s.r.o., IČO 44 070 152, with its registered office at ulica Lesnícka 2/A, Prešov, Slovak Republic (hereinafter also as "the company LED-SOLAR") assures you of confidential and handling of your personal data as users.

Within this statement on processing and protection of personal data, we want to inform you about what personal data we process, whether we process data on the basis of consent or on the basis of another legal reason, for what purposes we use them, to whom we can transfer them and what we have rights in connection with the processing of your personal data.

Your personal data is collected, processed and used at LED-SOLAR exclusively in accordance with the applicable legal regulations for the protection of personal data effective from 25/05/2018:

  • Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data,
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter "GDPR Regulation").

Purposes for which personal data are processed

The collection and processing of personal data serves exclusively to establish contact (e.g. via e-mail, or by phone) with the aim of providing the required information and answering questions from the person concerned (i.e. you). In the case of establishing contact via e-mail, this also includes the required legitimate interest in data processing.

Legal basis of processing

a) article 6 par. 1 letter a) GDPR regulations. The person concerned has expressed his consent to the processing of his personal data for at least one specific purpose. The consent of the person concerned is expressed by ticking the box next to the Send button.

Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data

Employees of the LED-SOLAR company are authorized to contact and answer the requested questions of the person concerned using the contact form.

Period of retention of personal data

Personal data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the purposes of their processing, no later than within 60 days, or until consent is revoked.

Rights in related to personal data protection

In connection with the protection of personal data, you as a data subject have your rights: access to your personal data, the right to their correction, deletion, or restriction of processing and to object to processing, you have the right to data portability.

Right of access to data: you have the right to know if and what kind of personal data we process. If this is the case, you can request access to this data, we will provide you with proof within 30 days of what personal data we process and why.

Right to rectification: you have the right to have your personal data that we process correct, complete and up-to-date. If we process incorrect personal data about you, you can ask us to correct it.

Right to erasure (forgetting): you have the right to have your personal data processed by us deleted in some cases. We will delete the data without undue delay if some of the following circumstances are met:

  • processing is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we obtained them,
  • by revoking your consent to process personal data based on the consent you have already granted us in the past,
  • personal data is processed illegally,

However, if we process the same personal data on a different legal basis than your consent, we have the right to continue processing them on this legal basis.

Right to object: you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

The right to restrict processing: you can use it if you believe that we are processing your personal data inaccurately, if you believe that the processing of your personal data is illegal, but you do not want to delete all data, or if you are a data subject person has raised an objection to the processing, you can limit the scope of personal data until we verify whether our legitimate reasons as an operator outweigh your legitimate reasons as a data subject.

Right to data portability: you can exercise the right to take or transfer your personal data to someone else. We will proceed as when using the right of access to data. You will receive information in electronic form, which you can transfer to another operator.

The right to withdraw consent: if the processing of personal data is governed exclusively by Article 6 par. 1 letter a) GDPR Regulations, i.e. that you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent that was given before its withdrawal.

The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority: if you believe that you are directly affected by your rights established by the GDPR Regulation or relevant legal regulations, you have the right as a data subject to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. In the Slovak Republic, it is the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Slovak Republic, e-mail: statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk. Alternatively, you can also contact a supervisory authority within the EU.
